We’ll backup, scan, clean, and restore your personal data (Example: pictures, videos, documents), but we do not reinstall third-party applications or programs. You’ll need to reinstall those yourself after service.)

Password Removal Policy: For security and legal reasons, we require documented proof of ownership before performing any password removal or account access services. If the username matches your legal identification, that is accepted as well. This protects your data and ensures compliance with federal law. No exceptions.

extended processing or large data volumes. Timeframes depend on hardware speed and the amount of data being handled
