Please read this document carefully. By purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Infotech Systems, Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and without notice. Your purchase will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth on this site on the date that your order was received.

Shipping & Payment

• Infotech Systems ships by UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, and Next Day Air. All orders require a 1-3 day processing period (1-7 days for pre-built systems).
• Tracking information will be emailed as soon as the items are ready to ship. The tracking number may not be valid until after 4PM (PST) due to UPS processing time. If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days (Mon-Sat) of an order, please contact shipping@infotechnow.com, or call 1-253-839-3540 between 9am-7pm (PST).
• Infotech Systems accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.
• Due to the proliferation of credit card fraud, Infotech will only ship to the billing address of the card holder. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

• To return a product, you must call our shipping department within 5 business days (Monday-Saturday) after receiving the item. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Computer system sales and all Softwares are final (see warranty information below).
• A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returned shipments. Please also include a reason for the return.
• Returns are subject to the approval of a manager. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is damaged, missing, or incomplete. This includes products that are not in their original boxes, or do not include packaging, software, registration cards, cables, or other material.
• All products for return must include the original Infotech store warranty tag. Items with damaged or missing tags will be refused.
• Items including CDs, DVDs, thermal paste, and like consumable items are not refundable.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.

Parts Warranty

• All defective products (except processors) may be exchanged for up to 90 days for the same item. Processors can be exchanged for up to 25 days for the same item.
• If the item is beyond our warranty, please contact the manufacturer to check for further coverage. For instance, most monitors & motherboards possess 1-3 year warranties with their manufacturers.
• If the product for exchange is found to be non-defective by our technicians, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. The customer will also need to pay for return shipping of the item.
• If the product has been discontinued from our store, or we are not presently carrying the item, we may honor a return based on the last in-store value.
• All products for exchange must include the original Infotech store warranty tag. Items with damaged or missing tags will be refused.

Pre-Built Systems Warranty

• Pre-built systems have a 5 years labor warranty, and 1 year parts warranty. (5 years labor and 1 years parts warranty does not apply to any barebone systems.)
• This warranty is voided if the warranty tag is missing or damaged, or if other components have been added to the system by the customer or a 3rd party.
• This warranty does not cover conflicts or problems caused by software or viruses.

Customer Privacy Policy

Infotech Systems, Inc. respects your privacy. Your personal information is used for transactional purposes ONLY, or contacting you regarding your order. Infotech will not disclose any information to third parties, unless under request to do so by a law enforcement agency.

Spam and Cookies

You will not receive solicitations of any kind by purchasing from Infotech Systems unless you have already opted-in during registration. You can opt-out of Infotech mailers and special promotions at any time.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide useful features and to store items in your shopping cart without logging in. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our store. However, the functionality of your shopping cart without logging in will be compromised.

SSL Encryption

Infotech Systems uses the industry standard security protocol "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) to encode sensitive information like your credit card number that passes between you and Infotech. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all areas of the site which require you to provide your personal or account information. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between.
